Happy first day of December!

Here are some scenes from the Chelsea Market in NYC...


Fat Witch Bakery...

Sergiy can't get enough of these delicious brownies. They are awesomely moist and rich. I also love their packaging. Great for gifting.  

Ronnybrook Milk Bar...

Ninth Street Espresso...

The Filling Station...

These are tasting barrels so you can actually sample the vinegars and oils. Some oils and vinegars that caught my eye: Persian Lime Olive Oil, Butternut Squash Oil, Blood Orange Olive Oil, Black Cherry Vinegar, Dark Chocolate Vinegar, Espresso Vinegar, Pineapple Vinegar, and Fig Vinegar.

On the other side are the salts!

A few interesting ones caught my eye. Bacon Sea Salt, Cinnamon Chocolate & Chipotle Salt, and this one- Green Tea Salt!   

But, they also had Ghost Pepper Salt, Black Truffle Salt, Hawaiian Alaea Salt, Merlot Salt, and Espresso Salt.

I could watch this for hours. Beautiful, pillowy deep fried dough...

and when you've chosen a sugary topping, they sprinkle it into a bag of your fresh donuts and shake it all up. You can get this all at the...
