The Weekend- Brunch at The Good Fork

Weekends are for exploring neighborhoods that aren't your own...

And compound that with BRUNCH. Nothing says weekend like brunch.

Feeling of country without ever leaving the city.

This place was super cozy...

and everyone was really friendly and attentive.

We had a table in the back room that looked out onto the backyard. I felt like I was brunching in someone's house.

Fried Sullivan Farms Chicken and Belgian Waffles- spiced maple syrup, berries

Pueblo Style Huevos Rancheros with Chilaquiles- toasted tortillas, fresh serrano chili salsa, black bean puree, chicharrones, two Sullivan Farm* Eggs over easy (All of their eggs are from Sullivan Farms in Upstate, NY)

Steve's Authentic Key Lime Pie I never turn down key lime pie if it's on the menu. Never. It's one of my biggest weaknesses. This one was tart, light, creamy and not overly sweet.

What also impressed me was their selection of teas. All their teas are loose leaf and they have quite a nice variety. I will definitely be coming back here to try out the rest of the items on their menu.
