Are you a fan of Baz Luhrmann's or of the Fitzgerald's? Are you as excited about The Great Gatsby as I am?
What better way to get ready for the event than to take a stroll over to The Plaza Hotel.

I never get tired of looking up at these ceilings.

When you're done with tea, head over to Tiffany's. Tiffany & Co. just unveiled a Great Gatsby jewelry collection with 1920 inspired window display.
What would the roaring 20s be without champagne?
And what's a champagne cocktail without some sugar? Obviouly, not a very good champagne cocktail. Wink wink.
...and then head back to The Plaza's Champagne Bar and order the Moët Imperial Gatsby (NV, Moët et Chandon Brut Imperial, Green Chartreuse, Sugar Cube). Or enjoy “Gatsby Hour” at The Rose Club and sip prohibition-inspired cocktails from an engraved, discreet Plaza flask, while listening to live jazz music. On weekends, fans can swing by the Todd English Food Hall to indulge in classic brunch dishes popular in the 1920s.
