Start with cold water and bring water to just under a boil (do not boil). Water temperature should be between 170-175 degrees). Do not use boiling water! Use 1 level teaspoon of leaves per 8 oz. of water. For iced tea, add 1 level tablespoon. Pour hot water over leaves and steep for 1 to 3 minutes. Strain tea and enjoy!
